He acts as noise consultant to the Royal Automobile Club Motor Sports Association. (MSAUK) and represents the UK on International Standards transportation noise group.

Julia specialises in caravan site licensing, animal licensing, zoo licensing. She has a specialist knowledge in large events licensing, especially outdoor events and festivals.

She has supported local authorities, housing associations and HIAs in this respect and updated the Disabled Facilities Grant Guidance on behalf of CLG in 2010.

She has developed systems, procedures, projects and training that reflect the changing needs of the regulatory landscape.

Stephen has over 40 years' experience in Environmental Health specialising in housing but with other public health interests. He is editor of Clay’s Handbook of Environmental Health. He is currently running the RHE UK Housing forums and teaching courses on the HHSRS, enforcement and preparing for appeals to the Residential Property Tribunal.
