Oliver has over 22 year's experience of Environmental Health work and student training in both private and public sectors specialising in environmental permitting and air quality. Oliver works for Carmarthenshire County Council and is also chair of the All-Wales EPR Sub Group, member of the Welsh Air Quality Forum and DEFRA’s Industrial Pollution Liaison Committee.
Andy Watson
Andy is a senior partner in Acoustic Consultancy Services with a Masters in Acoustics. Andy specialises in motorsport and transportation. He acts as noise consultant to the Royal Automobile Club Motor Sports Association. (MSAUK) and represents the UK on International Standards transportation noise group.
Shaun Fudge
Shaun is a Chartered Environmental Health Practitioner with 20 years’ experience in Environmental Health. Shaun specialises in environmental protection and has experience in dealing with a wide range of environmental protection issues. He has specialist knowledge in environmental permitting, noise, nuisance and pest control.
Julia Bradburn
Julia is a Legal Executive, Fellow CILEX and former principal licensing officer at South Somerset Distrcit Council and Taunton Deane Borough Council. Julia specialises in caravan site licensing, animal licensing, zoo licensing. She has a specialist knowledge in large events licensing, especially outdoor events and festivals.
Ian Marriner
Ian is a qualified Environmental Health Practitioner with over 25 years’ experience in both the public and private sectors. Ian also holds a Law degree and teaches on a range of legal enforcement courses through Warwick Legal Training (part of the School of Law at Warwick University).
Lynn Collingbourne
Lynn is a partner with The Housing Consultancy Partnership, renowned for its role in improving and designing services that help disabled people to live independently in mainstream housing. She has supported local authorities, housing associations and HIAs in this respect and updated the Disabled Facilities Grant Guidance on behalf of CLG in 2010.
Julie Pinnick
Julie is a Principal Associate with RHE but has worked in the commercial areas of Environmental Health enforcement for nearly 20 years with a particular strength in food safety. She has developed systems, procedures, projects and training that reflect the changing needs of the regulatory landscape.
Dr Stephen Battersby
Stephen has over 40 years' experience in Environmental Health specialising in housing but with other public health interests. He is editor of Clay’s Handbook of Environmental Health. He is currently running the RHE UK Housing forums and teaching courses on the HHSRS, enforcement and preparing for appeals to the Residential Property Tribunal.
