Food Standards Agency Training Videos

The FSA have published 10 videos plus an introduction to help food businesses produce safe food based on the Safer Food Better Business format.

 The videos, each about one minute long, provide practical advice on a range of food safety issues including:


1. Effective hand washing

2. Keeping equipment separate

3. Pest control

4. Keeping food covered

5. Cross contamination – staff illness

6. Cleaning effectively

7. Chilled storage

8. Chilling Foods

9. Cooking Safely

10. Reheating


It is hoped that that the videos could be used to enhance coaching in SFBB and as a tool for caterers to underline key food safety messages.
