A new procedure has been included in the drainage sub-category of the Public Health module covering the use of the powers contained in Section 50 of the Public Health Act 1936 to address problems of overflowing or leaking cesspools or tanks. This procedure supplements those already on RIAMS relating to drainage systems that are blocked or in disrepair.
