Statutory Nuisance from Insects

A new procedure has been added to the Environmental Protection module covering the investigation of potential nuisance from insects. This applies to nuisance arising from relevant industrial, trade and business premises. Guidance is already on RIAMS, covering sections 101 to 103 of the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005. This guidance also deals with statutory nuisance from artificial light, for which there is a procedure in the Environmental Protection module.
