RIAMS Development News

On 18 Januaryraised-hands, we hosted our first user group in Northern Ireland. This event was attended by representatives from Antrim and Newtownabbey, Ards and North Down, Causeway Coast and Glens and Mid and East Antrim Borough Councils, Fermanagh and Omagh and Mid Ulster District Councils and Lisburn and Castlereagh City Council.

The user group enabled attendees to familiarise themselves with some RIAMS features that can be utilised by the councils. Jonathan Williams, the sales and systems manager, discussed such features as RIAMS Connect, Our Connections, My Notifications and Our Collections. Bob Cameron, the Northern Ireland Editor, covered the editorial priorities that our NI team have been working to and it was confirmed that the immediate priorities would be the Food and Feed and the Health and Safety knowledge areas.

The event was well received by the attendees and a second user group is being arranged for later this year.

Our user groups provide a fantastic opportunity to refresh your knowledge on RIAMS, raise queries that you may not have had a chance to ask us and influence the future development of RIAMS. If you would like to arrange a user group in your area or would like to know more about the features mentioned above, please contact Kalia Wright on kwright@rheglobal.com
