Come and see the Exhibitors at our Annual RHE Housing Conference in Birmingham
On Wednesday 27 September, we are hosting our annual Housing conference entitled ‘Safeguarding the health of tenants: Using the Housing Act 2004 and the HHSRS effectively’; we have a number of great exhibitors lined up for this event so why not set aside a few minutes to speak to them and see what they can do for you?
RHE is going to be demonstrating RIAMS and The Noise App. RIAMS is an innovative, cloud-based document management system, providing procedures, standard documents, notices and so much more, while The Noise App can assist in the investigation of noise and anti-social behaviour complaints. We will be at our stand throughout the day so come and say hi and find out more.
Our sponsor DASH Services, (Decent and Safe Homes), is a joint-working initiative with local authorities, property owners, landlords and tenants. Their aim is to improve housing conditions, with particular emphasis on the private rented sector. The service has operated successfully since the introduction of the Housing Act 2004 and continues to develop across the country: a leading provider of housing advice, training, accreditation, information and guidance for the private rented sector.
BRE is a world leading multi-disciplinary building science centre with a mission to improve the built environment through research and knowledge generation. BRE Housing and Health support local government officers by providing them with authoritative stock condition reports and health impact assessments based on modelled data developed from high quality, nationally recognised sources as an alternative to expensive local stock condition surveys.
Grafton Empty Homes help property owners, local authorities and local residents turn empty properties into homes and are a Local Authorities Partner and an independent company that work side by side with both local authorities and local residents, offering a free property and genealogy research service and empty homes solutions.
Tascomi provides cloud software to capture HHSRS risk assessments and HMO Licensing as well as a range of other software to assist the regulatory functions within Local Authorities and Government departments throughout the UK and Ireland. Their software is designed to assist practitioners by enabling offline mobile working as well as innovative reporting tools for management. Integration with RIAMS is upcoming to provide access to the knowledge base from within the software while capturing the data on site.
