Review of RIAMS User Groups

In October, we ran two of our RIAMS User Groups; on 5 October, we hosted our third user group in Northern Ireland and on 18 October, in Mid Devon. Both events were well attended with lots of interaction and contribution by the attendees.

At these events, we are highlighting several commonly underused useful features on RIAMS. These include RIAMS Notifications, Collections, creating folders and uploading local content and setting review date notifications. We appreciate not everyone will be able to attend one of these events, so we decided to do a ‘How to’ blog series to help tackle this. You may have seen our announcement and you can read the first ‘How to’ here. New posts in this series will be published every Monday and if you would like to make suggestions on what we cover in these ‘How to’s’, please contact riams@rheglobal.com.

We are looking for more venues to host RIAMS User Groups. There isn’t much to hosting one of these events; we would need a room capable of seating around 20 people, a projector and be able to provide light refreshments, of which we would cover the cost. We may also need some assistance preparing the joining instructions for the event but we would handle all bookings, enquiries and other legwork.
