RIAMS User Group: Have You Booked Your Place?
These events are led by Jonathan Williams, the sales manager, and Ian Marriner, the RIAMS chief editor and provide a great platform for you, our subscribers, to give us feedback on how our products deliver.
Topics for this event include the new RIAMS website, FSA Smarter Communications project and discussing options around introducing income generation initiatives.
Anyone who would like to provide feedback on our products is welcome, including whether they deliver what you need at present and whether the proposed service improvements will provide the solution you are looking for. We recommend that 2 or 3 individuals from each council attend but please note, this event is not a suitable replacement for full RIAMS training.
